Grains are soaked in this big vat, extracting sugars into the water.

The spent grains are removed and the liquid is moved to another vat, where it is boiled with hops.

The sugary, hoppy concoction is cooled and allowed to ferment in open tubs, unusual for a modern beer.

Once fermented (after 3-5 days), the beer is sent to these cooling tanks to age for a couple of weeks.

The finished beer is then flash pasteurized, filtered, and bottled.
